Citrus
The majority of Seven Fields' citrus is grown in the Sunraysia Region. On the property 'Sunwest', there are approximately 100 hectares of navel oranges and Afourer mandarins under netting, which protects the fruit from inclement weather such as high winds and also prevents cross-pollination.
Both of these factors allow for premium quality produce to be harvested and can also guarantee the Afourer (or Nadorcott) mandarins remain seedless. Whilst we strive to produce high quality citrus across all our properties, Sunwest can offer a consistent, premium crop year after year.
Mandarins
Seven Fields' mandarins are available all throughout winter and include Australia's favourite Imperial mandarin and the the easy-to-peel seedless Afourer.

Oranges
Oranges offer a great kick-start to the day as a cold juice or added to your favourite fruit salads and Seven Fields can supply them for up to 10 months of the year.

Lemons
Lemons are the perfect accompaniment to meals and drinks, including refreshing summer beers. They are world-wide staple and enjoyed by many.

Grapefruit
Grapefruit is traditionally thought of as bitter or sour and only appeals to a niche group of people. However, Seven Fields' red grapefruit is surprisingly sweet due to its growing location in the Northern Territory.

Nutritional Value of Citrus
Citrus is a healthy, refreshing and tasty addition to your regular diet. It is a nutrient rich product and is a great source of antioxidants.
